1﹑Material Summary and Applications

The 347H steel belongs to the chrome nickel austenite stainless hot strong steel. Good corrosion resistance and welding property. The hot strong performance is higher than 18-8 steel

As the heat-resistant material, this steel is widely used in aircraft, petrochemical, food, paper industries.

It is used in large boiler superheater, reheater, steam pipes, heat exchangers for petrochemical and other corrosion resistance parts and welded components. This steel also can be used as a core wire for welding chrome-nickel stainless steel.

4﹑ Anti-Corrosion Properties:

Corrosion resistance similar to the TP304H steel. The resistance to intergranular corrosion is greatly improved than TP304H due to the additional Nb element. After solution treatment, it does not appear intergranular corrosion. But after 650℃ sensitization treatment, there is slight IGC tendency.
